Piedmont Tree & Shrub Identification
This is typically a late summer or fall course, consisting of 2-3 outdoor sessions. The objective is to build the knowledge of participants to a level where they can reliably identify most of the common trees and shrubs in our area. Tax-Relief Programs for Landowners
This seminar will outline the options for landowners interested in applying for Present-Use Valuation. The categories that are eligible in NC are: Forestry, Agriculture, Horticulture, or Wildlife Habitat Conservation.
